Length:

  • Pre-workshop meetings with your CEO/COO to define workshop goals and customize the program to your unique needs.

  • 1-1 sessions to build trust with key executives prior to the workshop.

  • A 6-hour workshop.

  • A follow-up session with your team to reflect on learnings and ensure that key takeaways from our time together are enacted and being carried forward.
