The Enneagram for Teams
Overview:
A long-term Google study found that “psychological safety” is the #1 factor linked to team effectiveness.
Anyone who has scaled a company or team knows that few things prove more complex and challenging than creating a team, with a wide array of individuals, each with their own “operating system” where trust holds through the stresses of company-building.
The key to psychological safety is imbuing your team with a “growth mindset.” The most effective way to spark this shift across your team is by inviting individuals to get curious about themselves and each other; recognizing the wide range of strengths, weaknesses, and ways of thinking that exist on their team.
About this Program:
In this 2-day program Sharpend uses the Enneagram framework to help your team discover their strengths, weaknesses, blind spots and triggers and share this knowledge with one another.

The end result of this program is that each member of your team will take one step forward in knowing their strengths and weaknesses and your team will take a step forward in your ability to communicate, collaborate, and innovate from a place of mutual-trust.
Agenda:
This workshop is run in two parts.
First, Sharpend completes individual Enneagram typing sessions for every member of your team, helping each individual dissect these results and become aware of how their interpersonal patterns impact their effectiveness on the team and each other.
Second, Sharpend leads a half-day workshop, using the Enneagram model to lead team conversations helping members open up on what aspects of team communication and project workflows are working and which are not. The end result is an increased understanding of one another’s working styles, increased trust, and detailed commitments on how to adjust communication and processes to achieve better results.

Why I do this work:
